// After a long and very enriching week we finally made it into the weekend. But let’s start first with the beginning of the week. On the arrival weekend in Bangalore we stayed at a Hotel in the south, the Double Tree Hotel. Having our first day at the office, we (Alex and I) got to know all our new team members and were brought to our apartments in Block 8. Even though Block 8 is only 13 km from the working place, it takes us 45 minutes from door to door in the morning and evening. Alex and me are working on the same project. He is an EPFL student studying in his Masters in Computer Science, around my age.India brings a lot of new challenges, few I already though of and many I haven’t, it is a privilege being here. The people are very friendly and like to help (but often don’t know more than oneself does). The next quest is to find a valid SIM card and a dual SIM card phone.

// During the weekend it rained a lot (mostly on Sunday) and we spent our time visiting different places. The evenings on Friday and Saturday we enjoyed together with Jonas (the third intern with us but working on another project) and a friend of his. If you ever will be in Bangalore you have to eat dinner at Punjabi Rasoi, near BDA complex (my favorite: Afghani Chicken).
